GoWhiteLabelSEO operates as an SEO fulfillment partner. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not have a direct relationship with your end customers.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our services.
If you are purchasing our services on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on its behalf.
3. White-Label Services
Our white-label services are designed to allow agencies, consultants, and other businesses to provide SEO services to their customers under their own brand.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise:
- You are responsible for managing your relationship with your customers.
- You are responsible for communicating with your customers regarding pricing, contracts, deliverables, and expectations.
- GoWhiteLabelSEO may provide deliverables, reports, recommendations, content, or other SEO materials for you to present to your customers.
- You may not represent GoWhiteLabelSEO as your customer or disclose our involvement to your customers without appropriate authorization where confidentiality has been agreed.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use and presentation of our deliverables comply with applicable laws and your agreements with your customers.
4. Service Scope
The specific services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities will depend on the package or service purchased and any written agreement between you and GoWhiteLabelSEO.
We reserve the right to modify the scope of a service when reasonably necessary due to changes in search engine policies, technology, third-party platforms, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
5. SEO Results Disclaimer
SEO is an ongoing process affected by numerous factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, website quality, industry conditions, technical factors, content, backlinks, user behavior, and actions taken by third parties.
Therefore, GoWhiteLabelSEO does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, revenue, or other SEO results unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
We do not guarantee that a website will:
- Reach a particular position in Google or another search engine;
- Maintain a particular ranking;
- Receive a specific amount of organic traffic;
- Generate a specific number of leads or sales; or
- Achieve a particular return on investment.
Any examples, projections, estimates, or previous results presented on our website are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance.
6. Client Responsibilities
To provide our services effectively, you may need to provide information, access, materials, approvals, or instructions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GoWhiteLabelSEO does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional regulatory review of content.
9. Payments and Billing
Service fees will be communicated through our website, proposal, quotation, invoice, or separate service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payment must be received according to the agreed billing schedule.
- Services may not begin until the required payment has been received.
- Recurring services may continue until canceled according to the applicable agreement.
- Overdue payments may result in suspension of services or deliverables.
- Additional services outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
All applicable taxes, duties, or government charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service or subscription purchased.
For recurring services, you may request cancellation according to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of purchase or in your service agreement.
Cancellation does not automatically eliminate any outstanding payment obligations for services already provided or work already completed.

Upon full payment for applicable services, you may use the final deliverables provided specifically for your business or your customer’s project according to the agreed service terms.
You may not resell, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit GoWhiteLabelSEO’s proprietary systems, templates, processes, or internal resources without written permission.
13. Confidentiality
We understand that white-label partnerships often involve confidential business information.
We will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information shared with us in connection with your project.
You agree not to disclose our confidential business information, pricing arrangements, internal processes, or other proprietary information to third parties except where necessary for legitimate business purposes or where required by law.
Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed, the NDA will govern confidentiality obligations to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
14. Account and Website Security
If you provide account credentials or access information, you are responsible for ensuring that such access is provided securely and that you have authorization to provide it.
